KIT INCLUDES: 2 Trays, 2 Clear Lids, 20 Sleeved Discs and 2 Packets of Pumpkin Seeds.
Add lukewarm water to the disc, once expanded, loosen a little bit of coir in the Disc and place seeds and cover. Sprinkle little water to make seeds wet and then close lids and leave it on a bright window sill. Follow included instructions.
